Wool interlock or jersey?

Okay..My grandmother is going to help me sew some wool wraps Should I do interlock or jersey?...I see that jersey is much less expensive but I am willing to spend more for the interlock if it is really worth it. Does interlock last longer? I do plan to have many more babies to pass these on to

Thanks!

Jersey is a little thinner, so to get the same thickness, you'd have to felt it more. I say buy a little of both and see which you like best.

I found jersey goes all "lumpy" when you felt it. I think covers like the Bumpy Wool are made from interlock. I'd go for interlock. (I've had a Bumpy wool for almost 8 years and its still going strong!)

Jersey is thinner - so you would probably want two layers if that's what you go for. I love wool interlock.
