The last few days I´ve had this flare of raised itchy bumps just where my belly skin feels stretched the most. Never had this till now 37 weeks. Is this a start of stretch marks

Hmmm.....

Does it sound like this

PUPPS?

I just started getting that a week or two ago. I've found coconut oil stops the itching and redness, so mine might be just plain stretch marks.

Yes it´s photo 2,9, and 12.
I have PUPPS! I have no other symptoms. Says it´s more common in first pregnancies.
I wonder if there is a stress correlation I got myself worked up this week so I will take some cold baths and tend to my PUPPS this weekend.
Thanks!!!

Hi! Jumping in from the April DDC...
I hope the rash doesn't become too unbearable for you... (I now have it on my legs, arms, back, belly, and it is no fun at all!)
One thing that seems to help is this soap: http://www.rainiersoapworks.com/puppp_relief.htm
I will lather up, let it sit for 4 minutes or so, and then rinse with cold water. Pat dry and apply aloe - ohhhh that feels good!

Some other ideas include: taking dandelion root, milk thistle, and nettle in tinctures or capsules (these are all liver cleansers); ensuring you are getting enough essential fatty acids through fish oil or flax seed oil.

I have been doing everything, mostly to no avail, though these remedies above seem to work for some mamas.

Oh dear... I just checked out the soap company's website, and it seems the entire company is taking vacation from May 3-12 and won't be taking orders again until after the 12th!!!

I had PUPPS from hell during my pregnancy with dd. I hope it doesn't get terrible for you; I had to quit work because I literally couldn't put clothes on. I treated mine with homeopathics. First 4-5 days of belladonna 30c, followed by sepia 30c.

It is often a sign that your liver is in distress. Be mindful to take care of yourself.

I hope you find relief too! Nothing has helped, aloe and cold water feel good.I´ll post if I find Anything that clears this up. I read that it´s common with twin and first pregnancies!!!
