I stared at your face and you opened your eyes and gazed back at me through the water. It was just for a moment, but felt like an eternity as I sank into your beautiful dark eyes. I will never forget it for the rest of my life.

That´s my favorite part of the story. Thank you for sharing this!!!

Oh wow. Just wow.

Although I planned my UC with Isabella, I never planned to go through pushing and crowning like I did, and your story brings back vivid memories of holding on for dear life while my daughter decided to launch herself out of me at rocket speed. You're right. It's something you can never quite forget the intensity of. What an amazing (and amazingly written) story. Congratulations again.

Thanks you guys ! I feel like I am really processing her birth now (writing it all down helped a LOT), and feeling great about it. It was SO amazing!!!

We are doing wonderfully. My milk came in last night and she is nursing great. I'm recovering well, and still feel like I'm on a birth high (have not had nearly enough sleep, but am seeming not to notice ... yet ).

I am wishing peaceful and easy labors for all you mamas who are still waiting. It seems like an eternity, but you will have your little ones in your arms soon .
