Whole Wheat Pasta Causing Plug Ducts? WWYD

Recently I started to buy organic whole wheat pasta. I figured that it would be A. healthier and B. better for the environment (as it takes less energy to make something whole wheat). However every time that I have cooked a big ol' batch of ww spaghetti I get a plugged duct the next day.

Well as far as I know I'll be nursing for at least another year, I mean it is entirely up to DS. While it seems that the solution would be to just eat organic spaghetti that isn't whole wheat I feel like then I am not doing the best thing for the earth but on the other hand I can't continue to get a plugged duct every time we eat spaghetti.

I am x-posting this in the Nutrition forum. All feedback is welcome. Thanks in advance for taking the time to post.

Whole wheat pasta doesn't cause plugged ducts. It's just a coincidence.

Look up information about lecithin and reocurrant plugged ducts.

Good luck,

Thanks for the quick response allyssa, my sister said she gets plugged ducts from brown rice so I thougt that ww pasta may be like that for me (although I eat a ton of brown rice and have never had any problems).
