What feels like a pulled muscle? (and only on one side?)

Obviously if it were contractions they'd be coming and going, and I'd think RL pain but I NEVER get that in the front of my abdomen, and I've got this awful tight "ache" (don't know if that really describes it) in the front, but it's only on the left side and from about belly button level to about a couple inches above my pubic bone. It's been pretty constant for about 30 min. (started just out of the blue- almost thought it was gas pains at first but nope) although sometimes feels worse than others, but doesn't get more painful with movement (like a pulled muscle would ETA- okay, wait, I lied...it kinda feels tighter and more intense when I wiggle around on my exercise ball, and I can feel it on the other side just a bit when I do). Not intestinal either as it's in front. Any ideas? It's just annoying. Gosh I WISH I could just have some contractions.

Nope, nothing out of the ordinary.

Now that I've posted this, though...figures, I've started having more BH and my back is kinda achey. Wonder if it's all related? Oh how the wonders of late pg. keep us on our toes, huh?

Wish I could help, but I feel the same thing and I don't know what it is either.

I just happened to have the same thing happen to me yesterday. I would even feel sensations from it in my leg. It went away though.

Well, I'm stumped. BH and achy back sound good though . I had some VERY mild cramps today and got all excited about it. Is it starting? Is something happening? How 'bout now? . I'm sure it'll be another 3+ weeks for me, but that doesn't stop me from noticing every little twinge.

Me too. While the thought of possibly being here for 3-5 more weeks is somewhat agonizing, it's also expected. I'd be pleasantly surprised if I went early. Part of me thinks I might, but then again, I was sure I'd go early with DD too. Dumb.

I get this at night if I turn over too fast.

I think they are side stitches - they are awful. If you can convince yourself to take a LOT of deep breaths over for several minutes it helps. ALso holding that area too.

Well, now that it's a new day I think I can officially say that it was somewhat related to the BH I started having. It was weird. I've had those side pulled muscle feelings before like from moving around to fast or twisting wrong or something (OH MY GOSH they hurt and don't go away very fast!! Ahhh!!) but this was different, more spread out (like my hand could cover the entire area). Oh well, it amounted to nothing so it doesn't matter. Bummer.
