epo question

for those of you taking epo... do you take it orally or vaginally? if you take it vaginally does it just disolve in there from the heat? it may seem like a silly question... but i had to ask...

I'm not doing it this pregnancy, but I did last pregnancy, and would take it orally and vaginally. I would insert the gel tablet at night, before bed, and prick it with a pin first. It will dissolve on its own.

don't be shocked if you find the rubbery capsule empty and collapsed in your undies. I tried it a couple times and it nearly gave me a heart attack. But yeah that's the gist of it. Aim for the base of the cervix and go ni ni.

vaginally is how I do it (since I can't find a vegetarian option for orally). I poke a hole and they dissolve.
