my whole right leg just kills it feels like shin splints all the way up. do you think this is nerve pinched??? i went shopping last night and my legs were really hurting by the end but my right leg hurts worse now.

relaxin+babyweight+walking definitely equals shin splint-like pain for me, though I've never gotten the whole-leg thing, ugh.
If it feels like shin splints, though, I'm guessing it's some extreme version of what I get. Maybe you were unconsciously favoring one side, or baby is leaned over more onto one side so there was more weight there?
If it was a pinched nerve, I think you'd know it (because you'd be totally incapacitated by either numbness or extreme pain). But I might be wrong. Hopefully you can take it easy today and it'll resolve itself.

just dragging a big baby around at this stage can cause some shin-splint pain. Especially if it is hot, you become dehydrated, don't have enough salt/calcium/etc.
If it were a pinched nerve it would be closer to the pelvis and have shooting/numb type pains. at least in my experience with those.
