Cleaning a stroller?

I wasn't sure where to post this...

We left our stroller on the porch, opened. A cat peed in it, so now the stroller smells like cat pee. How can I get that cat pee smell out, or should I just get a new stroller? I hate to spend the money on a new one, but I miss using the stroller.

I had this problem, but with chicken poo. I power washed the thing. Next I am going to try to get the smell out with some biokleen... then if that doesn't work I will move on to tea tree oil or lavendar oil (both disinfect) dilluted. We'll see how it goes...
