Serotonin?

Ive been taking serotonin since Thursday......it was prescribed to me by a Natural Doctor at my local health food store. I have headaches about 3-4 times a week and Im 18, have had headachs like this for about 3 years now. She said it could be because of low serotonin levels. So I started taking it Thurs, 6 drops in the morning, 6 at night. Since Thurs. I had a really bad headache on Friday and again yesterday. Anyone know when the Serotonin kicks in? On Saturday my nose was bleeding, it never bleeds.

Do you mean you are taking St. John's Wort? Either way, you need to call this person who recommended this to you and explain what's going on.

What credentials does this person have? I had a bad experience before taking advice from a "knowledgeable" person at a health food store. Remember that just because something is natural doesn't mean it's not dangerous. I'm not trying to scare you. Just please be careful who you take advice from.

I think it's important for you to get to the bottom of your headaches. Find a suitable practitioner. Good luck and keep us updated.

Serotonin

The person who recommended it to me is a Doctor of Natural medicine, its not St. Johns........Ive had a headache this past Friday, Monday and yesterday. Ive been to a neurologist and had an MRI and CAT-scan like 1 year ago. They couldnt find anything.
