Anyone's LO having a rash?

Caleb has a rash on his cheeks and neck. Looks like a heat rash... but it is weird...
it comes and goes all the time.
Anyone ever had this before?

He did have that...
but it is pretty red and blotchy... and fades slightly when he cools down.

Lilli has what I've assumed to be heat rash under her arms, and across her shoulders and neck folds. She wakes up frequently if not swaddled, and she gets sweaty so easy.
She also has diaper rash from the wipes someone bought us as a gift.Were telling everyone it's from the diapers so they'll stop buying disposables and think about buying us something we can actually use and is a better investment, like a wool cover!

This is our issue as well. He can't sleep w/o being swaddled, but he gets sweaty if we do.

Yes! My son Soul-Ryder had this and according to my ped it is completely OK and normal. It does have a name, but I don't remember it. It lasted a little less than a week.

When my oldest had a rash like that it was from dairy. She had the baby acne first then it just got worse and stuck around for a month or two. At someone's suggestion I cut out the dairy and the rash cleared up in 2 days. I can't remember how it was with the twins, but with my new baby, I haven't done any dairy since she was born and she barely even had baby acne.
