I gave birth on Sunday morning by c-section to my second child. With my first, who was also born by C-section, my milk had come in by the third day. Now I'm nearing the end of the fourth day and I don't feel as if my milk has come in. My breasts are not full, or rock hard. There is no engorgement whatsoever. The baby is nursing around every two hours or so. He doesn't always nurse from both sides, but I am starting to pump a little from the unused breast after he nurses. What gives??? Any ideas? I really want to breastfeed this baby at least until he is a year old, and now this is beginning to scare me that something may be wrong.

I know several mamas who didn't get milk until day 5. Try not to worry just yet and keep nursing
