Well I don't drink anything with caffeine. I mainly only drink water and tea (cold or hot, either way its decaf and not sweetened.) Caffeine affects my sleep tremendously. I can't fall asleep and when I do, it isn't a good sleep as I wake up a lot, tossing and turning.
But I will say I like chocolate...especially dark chocolate which I believe has more caffeine in it, but I rarely eat it because of the caffeine. Its an occasional treat that I will eat during the day and no where near bedtime.
I usually get the odd look from people when I say no to something because of the caffeine but anyone I'm close with knows that I stay away from it.
