I'm 4 months pp and hzve been feeling like my period is trying to return. I've seen some cm off and on. this week I had 1 day of spotting followed by 1 day of lightt bleeding then back to spotting. I had mild cramping the first day and a dip in milk supply for about a week . is this AF?

I think it's very normal to have sporadic periods PP. It varies and can depend on how often you're nursing and other things.

My periods returned pretty normally, but it was 16 months PP. I've heard other people say they just spotted off and on the first few months before it returned or re-established normally.

Unless there's a chance you could be pregnant? That type of bleeding could be implantation bleeding....
