how about we pick a park near you two! Since you two are pretty close together and all. Keller has some awesome parks and wouldn't be near the drive for you and mama2j&t. If it looks like bad weather on Thursday (right now it's saying isolated thunderstorms, 30%chance precip) then my house is certainly open for a playdate!

How about Keller Smithfield park? It has a nice playground with lots of shade. Or we could meet at the playground at Central Market in Southlake?

Darn. I am kinda new on this site. I just found this thread and TODAY is the playdate! I would like to get in on the next one though. I live in Watauga. Keller is really close. I have never been to this Smithfield park. I will have to check it out.

We are probably incubating chicken pox

My friend's kids have oodles of itchy bumps today after spending all day with us yesterday. As the day went on yesterday they got a few more but then I went over there this morning and they are pretty well covered. The dr said my friend had some sort of contact irritation, but she has a pretty classic shingles rash (according to pics on google) and so we think the dr is an idiot.

So, now I'll see if my kids show any signs. I'lll let anyone know who is interested in "dropping by" lol.... just pm me. My friend has too much on her plate to try to share with others so hopefully we made the transfer to our family. ha ha. I'm not sure the incubation time period.... off to check that and figure out what I need to be prepared..

Thursday the 19th at 10AM works for us! Maybe we can wait to see who all can come and then pick a centralized location? I will block it off on my calendar anyway.

Shoes, it looks like it may just be you and me tomorrow. Do you want to come over here (Roanoke) and swim in the pool? I could PM directions to you and anyone else who wants to come? Let me know if that works for you or tell me if you have a different idea!
