Which free & clear laundry detergent has less build up? All or A&H?

I'm concerned about my new towels getting crunchy with build up.

I see that A&H has a built in water softener. Not sure if this matters though.

Anyone know if one is better than the other? Thanks.

I got build up on my fleece diapers with both of those, but I've never had a problem with Purex F&C.
