1:41am - woke up with strong contractions. I have no problem calling these "painful," even if I know they'll probably get worse. Bloody show.
Called MW, Took a shower.
2:30am - out of shower, dressed.
2:44am - found out sitting through contractions is a BAD idea! Owie!
Lots of rocking and breathing through contractions. MW should be here by 3:00-3:10.

I did have two cups of RRL before bed, and one when I woke up.

born at 6:47am almost exactly 5 hours from when I woke up.

He's happy and healthy, and a fantastic nurser! I'm well, and tired.
