Great experience at Pier one! Update post #12

When I was at Pier 1 yesterday a saleswoman was helping me and dd starting getting that "i want to nurse cry" I told the saleswoman I needed to nurse her and she said "ok if you want privacy you're welcome to use the employee restroom or we have lots of chairs and couches throughout the store you can use" and then she helped entertain ds while I fed dd.

That is so awesome! I love how she included an idea *if you WANTED privacy* but also made it known it was ok if you didn't. Thumbs up for them!!

That's amazing! And hey if you sat in a really comfy chair I'm sure you would be more likely to buy said chair. You should write a letter to them! I've written emails before when I've been really impressed by something. I usually get a pretty heartfelt thank you from an actual person at the company too and it always makes me feel good. Yay spreading the joy!

That's great! I agree, a letter to the manager/company about the employee would be great.

That's pretty much the perfect response. Extra double thumbs up for helping entertain ds.
And it's nice that you wrote them a letter. Companies get letters of complaint all the time so it almost stands out more when they get one of approval.
