looking to 'refill' laundry soap bottles

Im not sure if this is the correct place for my post.
In the past we buy our laundry soap from costco in the huge 300oz box/bucket/pump container then transfer it to a smaller plastic bottle that we have been re-using for this purpose. however does anyone know of a store or place where i can take the huge pump bottle and just re-fill it. similiar to when we refill the 5 gal water jugs? I know i can recycle the plastic container but im sure it would cost less and be better for the environment if i could literallly just BUY THE SOAP.

same concept on liquid fabric softener, dish detergent etc...

any thoughts??

Have you thought of using something different all-together? I re-use my laundry detergent bottle but fill it up with homemade laundry soap. You can find lots of different recipies online. What I do is:
grate 1 bar of ivory soap into a gallon of water in a pot on the stove. Cook on medium untill all the soap is melted. Wait until it cools and pour into the bottle. It will gel up more like what you think of as laundry soap but even if it doesn't you can still use it. It it gets too solid just add some water and shake (if it's in the bottle) or stir (if still in the pot) untill it's the consistency you want. Use 1/8 to 1/4 cup per load.
You can also use Arm & Hammer washing soda (1/16 cup per load) and borax (1/16 cup per load) as laundry boosters. (Just mix the two half and half and use 1/8 cup of the mix per load).

Research on MDC or online for other recipies if you don't care for mine. There are others.

Plus this method works out to like $0.02 per load to wash.

Our local health food store has a "fill your own bottle" option.

Thanks for this - I'm definitely giving it a try when my current bottle is empty. We can't recycle here (or at least I haven't figured out how to) & it kills me to put such a large plastic container in the garbage. Plus I find liquid detergent expensive.
