My birth at Special Beginnings was the most positive experience of my life. I had some complications- water breaking 3 days before ctx with light meconium, but it was treated with...
My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...
This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...
This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...
Is anyone else dealing with extreme dizziness. When I stand up I have to lean against something for awhile before I walk, because of all the stars I see!
SOunds like hypotension - I've read that blood pressure goes down int he first trimester, so if you have low blood pressure, it will be even lower! Just get up verrrrry slowly!
I agree with ruth,
sometimes it helps to get 'half-up' first;
stand but keep your hands on your knees w your
legs straight until your body gets used to being upright.
This is also common if you are 'older' and your vessels don't
contract as quickly as when you are younger.
Well I guess I qualify as "older" now but I have had this issue all my life. It's especially annoying now since I'm already sick with m/s and have a 3 y.o. to deal with. I just have to move slow, especially getting out of bed, and "sit up before I git up" (haha Texanism).
I've had a bit as well. I know I'm not drinking as much water as I should. I just feel a bit rebellious from weaning and if I can't drink water with meals. Nor can I drink too much at one time.
It's not a hydration issue, or an age issue. And I sometimes get really dizzy just sitting, it's a pregnancy symptom. I wasn't sure if anyone else was dealing with the spinnys too.
