I just had some saurkraut. I like a lot of salt on it. I also had a pear & it was better than it sounded.

What I'm eating is NOT what I want. I desperately want a Papa John's pizza, dripping with cheese. What I'm craving seems to be cheese. And Doritos. I'm trying to get ahold of my best friend to get me some, but I haven't had any luck so far (I can't drive, so I have to wait until DH gets home at 11:30 for anything). I also want my spaghetti, but again, not an option (not only do we not have a stove we can use, but it's such a pain cooking on a hot plate and we don't have all the ingredients). *sigh* I'm hungry, but everything that's available looks gross.

I'm avoiding Mexican food for a few more weeks still because that's what got me into labor with Lilly.

how freakin' cliche is this? .... I've eaten almost two jars of pickles over the last three days.

otherwise, i am craving things that i can't eat due to DS's food allergies. plain yogurt and pad thai, specifically.

I have a weird spicy craving, too. I'm only 5 weeks and 3 days. Dh and I just made some jalapeño poppers. Definitely, not on the "light" side.

fresh jalapeños
cream cheese, softened
bacon

slice off the top and cut the peppers in half and scrape out the seeds and vein
fill each pepper half with cream cheese and wrap with a 1/4 to 1/2 piece of bacon. Lay halves on a rack on a cookie sheet at 350 for about 45ish minutes.

Man, they are so good. I think I could eat them for every meal.

Stir fried peppers, squash, carrots and onions in Trader Joe's soyaki sauce with big chunks of marinated tofu. Served over pasta 'cause my kids ate all the rice. I have had a fried egg and cheese sandwhich before bed every day this week so far. What I am NOT eating is anything green and leafy or yogurt. I am supposed to avoid wheat due to the twins' food sensitivity, so almost everything else in the house is too much work when I am really hungry. I really want gobs and heaps of potatoes, but they are the main trigger food for my GD, so I am actively avoiding all things potato.

my cravings have started....same as with my other pgs, I crave eggs, tuna fish sandwiches, and subway. Too bad those last two are either limited or off limits . I just ate a peanut butter sandwich, and it just wasn't what I wanted.

It's gonna be a long 9 months .

Nothing: I think the m/s this time is going to kick my butt.

right now at this very moment I want salty, black olives. Earlier today I had a turkey, avacado, bacon sandwich.....I don't generally eat pork, red meat or chicken.....but darn that bacon was good, lol...

I'm back on my Velveeta shells kick, with an addition of I want a really big Deli garlic pickle and olives. DP is taking me to Wegmans Meditteranean olive bar this weekend.

I woke up this morning with nausea and major food aversions to everything we have, so I sent DH to the store to get a bunch of random stuff like pickles, american cheese, blackberries, blood orange sorbet, white bread and seltzer water.

So, I ended up having blackberries and a buttery grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast and might just have that again for lunch! :

That is my favorite sandwich! If it's hot, I especially like it with melted mozzarella. Yummy.

Anyone else constantly hungry? I feel famished! :

Add me to the mexican food, Spicy seems to be the theme for this little kiddo. I have been basically eating spicy dipping cheese, salsa and chips.

And a nice cold : glass of lemonade on the side

Me Me Me!!! I could eat all day, but I'm trying so hard not to! I've been drinking pregnancy tea to fill in the gaps. Today (and it is just noon) I've had multi-grain cheerios and a big bowl of potatoes (I love to cut them up, drizzle them with EVOO, sprinkle garlic and red chili powder on them and bake them for 20min or so...mmm), and I'm on my 2nd cup of pregnancy tea. I'm jonseing some saltines with grated sharp cheddar on them..but that isn't very healthy so I'm seeing if that "need" goes away. lol :

BTW, the other night I got 2 chili rellenos smothered in red chili, it was SO good!!!!!

I had lots of cravings for all things spicy with my son...we're not finding out but I've been leaning that way ever since I found out lol.

Ugh! I just ate a tuna fish sandwich on toast. Blech!
This little one better be sticking, because he/she is causing all kinds of uproar over here.

Man, it is so hard to read this thread! I get craving from it!
those poppers are going to be in my brain til I get them, though I will probably have to find some frozen ones b/c I hate cooking right now.
In fact, I hate anything that resembles work!

Oh, and the pickles ,, I'm dreaming of pickles!

I just had oriental Ramen noodles that someone from the July post was talking about. I'm considering going to make some more. I'm not quite full yet. I've been having aversions, but I look on the other DDC's that are soon to be expecting...they have the best craving and ideas on there! I tell them sorry for envading, and then bow to them for all the ideas.
