Any chance I am pg after tubal?

I had a tubal 4 1/2 years ago. Cut and tied during a c-section. I think I had a period last month, but not sure of the exact day. My breasts have been so sore the past 3 days, and I dont understand why. I've had major indigestion this past week. I bought a pg test from the dollar tree on sunday, but it was middle of the day test after a lot of coffee, so I'm not sure if it could have affect the test results. It was negative.

What are the chances I am pg? What else could my symtoms be?

The chances are slim, but it is possible to have a spontaneous reversal occur, depending on the procedure you had done.

I'd test again with first morning urine to make sure.

My SIL is a post-tubal baby. MIL was cut after her c-section to have my husband. SIL was born 6 years later. It's *possible*, but, they do tubals differently nowadays....
