How excited are you??? I don't remember being this excited with my first, it's like now I know what all of this will bring me.

I'm even excited to be sick! Well as excited as you can be trying to keep yourself from throwing up, lol.

I'm running around the house yelling we're going to have a baby, we're going to have a baby!!!!

Me, I'm too nervous about another pregnancy loss to be excited yet. I probably won't get my hopes up until I have the babe in my arms -- or at least past the date of my latest loss, which was close to 15 weeks. (I have one lc and three angels.)

oh mama s
I'm so sorry that has got to be heartwrenching. If you need a prayer partner, please feel free to pm me at anytime! Good luck! I'll send you some honey to get this one to stick!

This will be #4. It is a different excitement than with my first, that's for sure! We are all really excited--my older 2 kiddos were super excited to find out. They are 9 and 8. But I am also more anxious this time than ever before!

I'm not as excited as with #1, but I think that's because it still hasn't sunk in yet, and I have some difficult things to look forward to (being alone most of the first trimester, then potentially having to give birth without DH here due to an upcoming move).

I dealt with a lot of shame issues with my first pregnancy. My husband and I never planned on having a baby, we planned on adopting. We actually had a 5 year adoption plan. When I took the test and found out I was pregnant, I felt so irresponsible. I was the first of all my friends to have a baby I felt like I was in the same boat with all the young girls that were "irresponsibly" pregnant, because we didn't plan it, I was between job contracts, we didn't have much in savings. and on and on and on. I felt like people were looking at me and judging me.

So with this one, that whole stigma is gone and I'm exhuberant!!!! I'm ecstatic!!! I can't wait to feel the first kick, or hear the little ones heartbeat. I'm psyched!!! lol

I'm pretty excited this time around, but I was excited with the first too. It is just a different story this time.

With my first, my Dh was a week away from Deploying to Iraq when I found out. We were trying but I was shocked when I say the positive.

This time, we were sort of trying... On o-day I just walked in the Bedroom and said, "Lets make a baby." And we did, LOL.

I am super excited to do all the fun stuff; CDing, babywearing, clothing, Bfing. And I cant wait to see my two children together. My DS has been asking for a baby sister for months! It's going to be great!

This is our 5th child. We are definetely excited but we are very cautious because friends and family will have missed reviews! I am savoring this pg because according to my hubby this may be my last

I am excited because I've wanted a babe for so long, but also very concerned. We're supposed to be moving, and we don't know where, and it'll be very short notice. If it happens at all...last time they said this, I waited for six months and nothing came of it. Part of me is angry about that, and just plain furious that I didn't get to enjoy time with DD because I was so worried about keeping the house clean (thus ready to show, and hopefully sell, quickly, so our little family wouldn't have to be separated). Argh. :

I don't want to spend this whole pg wondering/worrying about this! Pray (if you do, or send good vibes or whatever) that we hear something soon!

It would be *awesome* if we could move back to a "natural-living friendly" area. I miss my yoga.

I am freaked out.

But, I think it'll be ok. I still worry a little. But it's gotta be ok.

Can you tell I'm waffling?

If this babe is sticky this will be #5 for me. My oldest is 19, the youngest is 9. I feel like I am starting over again

Yeah, I'm just waiting to see if this one sticks. I've had a couple of early losses, so until I see a heartbeat I'm trying not to think too far ahead. Which is hard when my pants are getting tight.

My twins were also 10/06. My biggest worry is another set of twins this close to the first set. Oh, that, and I said I was done. A lot. Publically. Now I feel rather silly. It will be fine. I am just nervous.

I am VERY excited, but a little cautious. I have a history of early losses, so as soon as I see the HB on the 23rd it will seem real. I was freaked out waiting for the nurse to give me my results from yesterdays Betas this morning....I am excited to not have to worry anymore!

I really can't tell. My symptoms are totally different from last time, but my lifestyle is also very different. I was a full time special education teacher the last time, and we were under a tremendous amount of stress at home with my husband's job loss and the new house ect... This time I am home. I can eat and drink and sit down whenever I need to. I don't feel nearly so ill. I do, however, swing wildly from no appetite to eat-my-own-shoes-hungry. Lets see how fast I gain weight this time. I am down 15 lbs compared to where I started my last pregnancy, and I am eating smaller meals, so I may gain more slowly anyway. we shall have to see.

BTW, good to see you in another DDC.
