So I went in today for an ultrasound. I had the us becasue I have been spotting for the last week and a half, and beta HCG levels were good, so doc decided an us might be a good idea to check on things. The us was surreal. The baby had a nice little heartbeat, and although it was not really much of anything, it was still amazing! The us puts me at 6w4d, wich is almost a full week ahead of where I thought I was. Due date is jan 2. I only had the 20wk us with my sun, so this was a new experience.I feel like I can breath a little easier now. Although nothing is guarenteed, I have read in several places that once you see a heartbeat on us mc rate drops to about 3%. I don't know why I have been so nervous about this little unplanned person, but now I am starting to relax!
