So? Eat chocolate. Just don't eat sugar with your chocolate! ;-)

Cocoa powder, stevia, and milk of your choice... mmmm hot chocolate!

Well I'm 5'4", so I don't look huge now or anything, but I wish my clothes fit again--my waist is 3" bigger than it used to be. I did go up at least 1 cup size, and have way too much milk, so there's got to be at least 2 lbs of milk in there! Really, I don't care what I weigh, I just miss wearing a lot of my clothes!

Well, I'll probably drop another pound or two today... I've got a stomach bug :-/. Threw up everything I ate since early yesterday evening.

I gained tons of water weight this pregnancy, just like last time. So a week post-partum I was at my pre-pregnancy weight, and was 10 pounds under it by 2 weeks post-partum. I was surprised too, but I'll chalk it up to not having much of an appetite for the first week, plus nursing like crazy.

Now that my appetite is back the weight loss seems to have levelled out. Hopefully this heat wave ends soon so that I can get some nice long walks in and keep the downward trend going!

Oooh, and I finally ordered a Maya Wrap online (the Hotsling didn't work as well as I had hoped -- I think I need something adjustable to feel comfortable), so once that comes I'll be doing lots of walking!

I weighed myself this morning and I am 10 pounds above my pre-prego weight.. but I want to lose 10 more on top of that... I would REALLY like my old pants to fit but since they are getting stuck on my hip bones it seems unlikely... stupid spreading hips!

As of this morning I am about 12 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight. That's not sayin too much though since I gained 10 pounds during my pregnancy. Would have been a little more, but I caught the flu in my seventh month to bring me back to zero.

I am 5 weeks out.. We are getting to the point where every meal isn't quick, and I've cut down a ot of the junk that was in our kitchen

I gained 10 pounds this pregnancy and I've lost 17 so far and dd is 1 month. But I still have 10 pounds to go from dc3. I'm hoping to lose 20 more.
