I want a fake tan - Page 2

Possible find...

I found this through cosmeticsdatabase.com: Secluded Cove Body Bronzer

Skin Deep has it listed under makeup-->bronzers, but after reading the description and website I'm pretty sure it is a self-tanner?? I'm excited because it is rated a fat 0! AND the site says it "will not leave you looking artificially orange even if you are fair-skinned"

Anyone tried it? Anybody willing?? I can't afford it right now, but come fall and winter I would love to order some if it really works!

Here's a cool way to rejuvenate your summer tan without damaging your skin with the sun's harmful rays. Add a cup of water to the day's old coffee grounds and boil. When it is cool to the touch rub it all over your body, you can even put it in a sprayer, get in the shower and soak yourself down that way. Let your skin absorb the coffee for about twenty minutes and then rinse in cool water. The coffee will stain your slightly to give your tan an extended life.

For those of us who are pale pale pale this might be a good way to take the edge off without going crazy.
If anyone tries this then give us a review.

this is just a bronzer. It will wash off if you get into a pool or take a shower. I bet the coffee spray would work well though. Maybe I'll give that a try...I just wouldn't want to smell like coffee.

Maui Babe makes a browning lotion made from kava kava beans, and it is wonderful. Smells delicious, too. It's all natural.

I have Jergens natural glow but its all chemically. I like the way it smells though and it works well. I just cant go without a tan, I'm part chinook and part irish and I look funky without a tan! But I'm trying to do better and not go outside or to a tanning bed to tan so....

Well, this isn't natural, but I've used it and am pretty happy with it. It's from bath and body works.. "Shade to Order".

It has a dial and you select what shade you want to be. And can build up the color, if you prefer. I have olive toned skin, so it looks natural on me... or so I have been told!

Basically it's half tanner and half moisturizer. It has a "stink" to it, but unlike the gradual tanners, you can put this on... live with the stink for a few hours, and then wash it off with a shower and your done for a week or so. I do have to say that it is a different stink than those gradual tanner lotions. Hope this helps!
