if so what does it smell like? just wondering.

It should smell fresh or similar to semen.

I have heard "kind of sweet" in response to that question. Course mine has never broke before labor, always in the middle of mucus plug and misc. stuff from being in hospital, so I've never had a chance to wiff it.

I have heard that it smells sweet as well. I never really noticed, by the time my water has broke in all my labors I was having to concentrate too hard to get through the contractions.

Fresh, slightly sweet. Definitely not pee-like. Maybe slightly like semen.
