I don't post much here, but I do lurk a lot. I am a mom of three (2,4,6) and work outside the home. We decided when our third was born to try an au pair and we have loved it. So much that I have recently became the local childcare coordinator for my area. We just selected our au pair of the year and she is so amazing that I just had to share the story.
