"Bulging bag of water"

Wow...with DD I had "bulging" membranes (especially from being so far dilated for so long), but nothing like this!! When I check myself, it's by far the first thing I feel!! I don't realy even have to reach in my "not so efficiently effaced" cervix before I feel it!! Craziness!!! With DD it was just like a little "bubble" type feeling, but this is like it's drooping out.

Wow - are you feeling a lot of pressure?

that happened to me last pregnancy, they freaked me out about prolapsed cord if my water were to brake but in the end the doc just pin pricked a tiny hole to let the water out slowly so babies head could engage. of course i was in active labor but nothing was happening because baby was still bouncing around and not engaged.

Well I can't tell if I'm feeling any more pressure than usual since baby has been so low for so long.

Yeah, I'm not worried about a prolapsed cord or anything since baby is so low and the head is well applied...but it happened pretty much overnight so it makes me wonder if I have a small inner leak or something. Guess I'll never know! LOL
