ultrasound due date

i know ultrasounds are not exactly accurate for determining due dates but mine said may 18th which is closer then my calculations of may 24th. so i am hoping that the ultrasound is right. does anyone remember what their ultrasound said?

mine said may 18th when i was 21 weeks...instead of june 1st..

Not in your DDC, but, my ultrasound (at 20 weeks, long story) said June 23, but our first calculations (and knowledge of when DD was conceived) said July 4.

June 23 was physically impossible (DH is military and wasn't home). At what time did you have your ultrasound? I was told at 20 weeks that it was 10 days either way.

Ultrasounds done at 8 weeks are the most accurate for predicting due date. After that, LMP is more reliable.

my u/s at 7 week said may 25 and at 9 weeks said may 29. by ovulation it'd be 25-27, but we were doing mucous only, not charting. (LMP gave may 29, but i O a bit on the early side). interestingly, my 20 week also said may 25, but i seem to grow very average-sized babies that follow the average curves perfectly.

i had one done at 11 weeks and then at 24 weeks and both said may 18th.

Well, for ds my "edd" based on lmp was 10/30, the ultrasound that was done around 20 weeks said 10/26, he ended up being born on 10/21.....

with my first baby--my Estimated (off first day of last period) was June 26th---and ultrasound said he was "measuring" to June 20th! I went in labor the night of June 20th! (but it might have been the cafe rio I ate!)
