Normal, right?

Okay, just making sure I'm normal. Whenever I do squats or sit on the toilet and just relax everything, the pressure down there just builds at a constant rate. I mean, the longer I sit, the more it feels like everything from front to back is just going to come falling out. : Not painful, just a TON of pressure. Normal, right???

Yes. I feel like I am going to split open and a baby is going to just fall out.

Wouldn't it be fantastic if it could actually happen! I mean, babies never just fall out. How convenient would that be?

Totally normal. I remember telling my husband with my last baby that I felt like any minute I was going to reach down and feel a baby hanging out because it was so low and so much pressure!!

Yep, completely normal!

Can I add that if you do reach down...tightness and swelling is easily felt? I feel like if baby doesn't fall out, then Im going to just swell completely shut around it.

^^^ No kidding! I actually asked my MW if all the swelling would complicate the "exiting of the baby" and she said no. She said that the more swelling during labor the less a woman seems to tear. Interesting correlation, huh?
