Temp. not coming back down until day 5 of new cycle... Does this indicate anything?

I thought I read years ago that if your temperature does not come down when you get your period, but only days later, this means something. I cannot remember anything about the matter.

Any thoughts?

i have the same issue, but i just got off the pill a couple of months ago so i'm not sure if that's why. a possible cause is higher than "normal" progesterone that doesn't drop until well into the next cycle.

as long as you're ovulating i don't think it's an issue for TTC, if you're at all concerned about that.

mine slowly comes down during AF. i'm not the model of AF health tho, so take that as you may. At least you know you're not alone!

I could be wrong, but I think I read that it can drop anytime during AF. Mine sometimes drops the day of AF and sometimes slowly comes down and sometimes stays high through the end of AF. I'm not sure why it does that, but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
