THe lawyer is MY Lawyer! I/we were really just hoping that STBX would just be happy to sign whatever we came up with. STBX did the motorcycle hiding crud with his own brain!!! LOL

The paper work was really good for me and STBX. I was going to have sole custody with regular visitations for him. The only issue STBX had was child support. Which even if he gets his own lawyer he will still have to pay.
And as far as the CS That is STBX's Doing too. I am going to see MY lawyer thursday at 4 and we will probably just have him served papers and he will have to get his own lawyer then.

AS it was we were not going to have to go to court and things were going to be nice and easy for all involved. Now He is throwing a wrench in things. ARG

that whole motor cycle thing could actually work to your advantage in the long run. I know as soon as I file for divorce our assets will be frozen and other than day to day expenses we cannot make any purchases without a court order. (I am not sure what the limit is but I know houses and cars would fall into that category.) We also will have a custody and child support order going into it. All of that is temporary until the divorce is finalized but it is to keep people from playing games like your husband is playing.
