What is this movie?

Woman is a therapist, has a grown son. It turns out that one of the woman's clients is dating her son.

It was relatively recent, maybe two years ago? The therapist was some one like Diane Keaton, except I searched through her page on Netflix and couldn't find anything like that.

Anyone have an idea which movie this is? It looked good when it came out.
