Contractions woke me up about an hour or so ago and I'm having a ton of mucous. Still early, but maybe....?????

Still contracting, I think the plug is gone for sure. Getting stronger but I'm still not letting myself believe it yet.

DH just abandoned me and left for work. I'm pretty upset and it seems to be stalling labor. He did this when I had Izzy, too.

Give me that man's number so I can call him up and yell at him!!! : The nerve!! Will he come home? I know there is no way I could have labored while also holding a household together and taking care of dd1. I really needed to be in my own private space without any responsibilities.

Anyway, I am still very, very excited for you, and I hope things un-stall soon . Hopefully this is the time we have all been waiting for!

He'll come home if I call him, but I'm so angry I'm afraid it will make things worse. He should never have left in the first place and he knows it. I think he wrote it off in his head as prodromal (even though before he left I had a contraction that had me hanging on to to kitchen counter and moaning, I told him I lost my mucous plug, and I took a HOT shower because my back is killing me) so he could go. Today is a big day at work and he hasn't sold anything in a week AND he took last Tuesday off because I was so miserable.

I'm still contracting and losing mucous but I feel like I'm in a holding pattern. Getting some cleaning done. The kids are being ANGELS today. God bless em.
