I only got up twice last night to go to the bathroom. No idea what that means.

i'm due may 24th too. my hands are really bothering me and my feet seem to fall asleep alot too. my midwife comes tomorrow so i am hoping she will confirm what i already suspect which is baby moved down. i had kicking in my sides and head movement down in the pelvic area. it freaked me out because i was not prepared for all the movement. then yesterday i had hard cramps and called midwife and she said it probably was just my intestines fighting for space. i have been pooping alot tmi which is odd since i am a one a day person.
we went to two parties this weekend so i am exhausted. i tried to do the cha cha slide at home(inspired by the teenagers) to get things going but it didn't do anything but make my dd laugh at me.
i also had a visit from my grandmother and aunt last night. they are exhausting just by being them but of course they had to comment on my plan on breastfeeding and how it will take up all my time and dd won't have any attention. seriously i was annoyed and just said look its better for the baby and its free.

Thanks about the kitty, I am feeling MUCH better with him home. I really missed the little furball.

I only got up to pee once last night, a total record for me, I am also able to hold more in my bladder during the day, it is SO nice being I have no bathroom on the main floor.

I'm still here too....I was feeling like something was going to happen soon but now I feel like I could be pregnant until June! Which is kinda fine with me as long as I am comfy and happy! I'm really not ready to be mom of four yet...lol...I should have thought about that back in August/September huh???

Wow, I think I'm just not on line enough, this thread moves really fast. I'm due Friday, and am still waiting. Dh and I finally managed to dtd last night and I'm a little crampy and having a little, little bloody show, but nothing remarkable. Have been having contractions pretty much constantly since friday night, but nothing in a rhythm or strong enough to make me stop and breathe. ugh, this is miserable!

I'm starting to panic about the fact that I'm going to have 3 children.
I held my 2 week old nephew this weekend while my boys were playing and it really sunk in that this is not going to be easy.............I can do this right?!?!?

of course you can do this amy!! you will do wonderful. I must say I am jealous of you getting to hold a newborn.... but its probably better at this point if I dont lol.

No bathroom on our first floor, either, so I've been spending most of my time upstairs.

DH and I have been saying since Saturday that this week is a GREAT time to have a baby. No sign yet, but like someone said before - you can go from nothing to active labor in zero seconds, so I can wait. Full moon, right? DH is feeling like I'll go this week and has finally stopped being evasive about talking about my impending labor, so I'm taking this as a good sign.

Ooh! I got my nails done today and it felt so good! I got my fingers done clear (I chip off any color on my fingernails), and my toes done pink that shimmers orange. Very fun.

I'm ready. Can you tell?

Great news! My blood pressure is down!! YAY! M/W did say even if it had been as high as it was last visit, oh well, I have NO signs of pre-e and it is normal for b/p to go up a bit at the end.

We talked a little bit about me worrying about if my mom comes the 41st week of pregnancy that I don't think my body will open up and allow a baby, so she said if I want to start natural induction methods, it is fine with her. If the baby is not ready, she won't come, but within reason as long as what I try is safe. She can see with my cervix being sore and my nausea never going away my desire for an on time baby after two "late" ones. Although she said that 41 weeks and 40w3d(induced) she is not scared that I will be a 43 week cooker.

Maybe Friday I will start thinking about cohoshes or castor oil compresses, just to see if it moves things along. The end of this week would be a good time to have a baby.

As for sleeping at night, the night before my daughter was born I slept without waking up once, then I had a super restful day (my boys were with their grandparents). My mother pointed out to me the other day that I was absolutely fine when she spoke to me at 6 (same old prodromal contractions) and by 9 I was complete & pushing. Just to drive-home the point someone (I read through the thread and forget who - ha) said above about going from 0 to LABOR in no time at all

I'm feeling good today, took the kids to the musuem this morning & the oldest two have homeschool chess club this evening. The contractions have slowed way down so they aren't as annoying as they were and i'm hoping it'll make it easier to recognize when the real thing kicks in. I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon, hoping it's the last one

I think we should go together. I was trying to nap today, but I started cramping so bad I had to get up. I thought for a moment my period was coming until I realized "Oh wait!" Can't walk through them, but I can talk through them. My zen is gone, put a fork in me, I am done!

Maybe me! I've been having painful contractions for about two hours. I have no idea how much time in between them since I don't want to pay too much attention to them (they tend to go away when I do that).
