I too am sick reading this thread... You POOR mommy! and your POOR BABY! I'm sitting here with my 15mo old and am fighting back tears... I'm so sad for you. I hope you take the great advice here about documenting everything, and checking with your lawyer. I also hope that you are able to get through this with your heart and sanity intact. My best friend has a 6 year old daughter and is not with that daughter's bio dad. There is a visitation order in place per court order but overnights are not part of that. My bf has made it clear that her daughter is not emotionally or mentally ready for overnights, and thankfully the judges have listened.

I am really sorry you are dealing with this. And I have no compassion for "parents" like that who refuse to give their children what they need.
