The yarn is
Handpaintedyarn.com Handspun Bulky, Noche Lunar. If you're on Ravelry, I'm k3p1 there - here's the link to them in my projects. http://www.ravelry.com/projects/k3p1...night-shorties

They are the cutest things I have seen all week. I wish I was that talented. All I do is plain old knitting... I have to get more creative.

These were a test knit for me. I want to bring the world of embellishing to more knitting mamas. With good instructions and tutorials, I think just about anyone can make beautiful knits. I will be opening my site this summer (hoping in June). ButtKnits.com

I'm in love too.

You know what would really work for your store? Directions for some basic embellishments, sold as a pdf. There's some talented basic knitters out here, and some talented embellished longie makers, but as yet nobody is bridging that gap... that could be you I'd pay $10 for inspiration...

This is a fantastic idea! I've gotten books out of the library on embroidery but I have a really hard time translating the pics in the books to embellishments on my knitting. It would be especially great if the directions included examples/placement for different sizes ("this embellishment is for sizes M, L, XL, but would be too big for NB and S") I guess I am asking for alot of hand holding I would absolutely pay $10 for something like this and feel like I was getting a bargin!

Oh, and if I had read post #11 more carefully, I would have realized that you already had this idea
