Dh eats cornflakes for breakfast, and has now introduced them to DS -- who of course, asks for them all the time.
: I told DH that extruded grains have lost all their nutrition, but he doesn't believe me. He says "I grew up eating cornflakes and I'm fine."
I know the WAPF website talks about extruded grains, but is there any other info/research out there? I tried googling the term, but didn't come up with anything. I need some "proof" that extruded grains are bad for us.
