He has the nerve to disappear for years and ignore his kids and lie to you about having his license!?!?!? He endangered them. What would have happened if he got arrested while they were with him? Why was he driving in such a way that would get him stopped?
I'd put a stop to visitation unsupervised after that little stunt. No judge would side with him after that.
I would put a serious slowdown on visitation or do all visitation supervised until he proves to YOU that he's got his crap together. He needs to show his license, and proof of insurance. I think I might let him have a piece of my mind in front of his fiance just to make sure that she has all of the facts straight. What a mess.
