Any others feeling hops and bumping around inside your uterus??
This is so cool! I know it's early but I felt my ds at 11wks on the outside.
I cant' feel anything w my hand, but every night at story-time w my older two I lay down and feel this bump-bumping in my uterus! Whoa!
I am excited since I've been very verbal about not being thrilled about being pg, but this is helping me turn the corner!

THERE'S A BABY IN THERE!!!

I am only 7w6d...I had a huge bump on the right side lower than my ovary yesterday...GAS I'm sure!! LOL! The other day at my parents house I got up rather too fast and I got a cramp in my belly, grabbed it and said " I think I just felt the baby move!" Everyone got all excited, I started laughing and said I was just kidding, it was gas. They weren't too happy with me, they wanted to feel the baby move. It was too funny though, they laughed.

I hope that I get to be in your boat before too long!! I want to feel this baby!!! In another thread, a lady was 10 weeks and felt the baby. I have heard it's easier to feel with each child.

I had another one of these "bumpy movements" today. There's no way that was the baby is it??? It HAS to be gas! RIGHT???

I'm skeptical; gas doesn't come from directly inside the uterus!
Mine feels really different than gas.....
my uterus kinda tightens up when it happens.

I've felt some flutterings that definitely aren't gas . I'm not 100% of how far along I am though.

Ok, so yesterday DH and I were at my parents sitting outside. They were talking away and all the sudden...*flutter* inside me. I think that this babe is on my right side maybe 3-4 inches south of my belly button. I think this bc my tummy on my right side, where my intestines are, is pushed out further than my left. I wasn't moving, I had eaten about and hour before, and I was completely at rest and comfy.

Yay!!

You think I'm crazy???

No!!! & I'm farther along than most of you...I think
You lucky ducks!!!!

I keep feelign flutters too but everyone says I should be able to feel them for another 8 weeks.

I like the flutters though.

I first KNEW I was feeling my DD around 16 weeks. I KNEW I felt the twins at 10 weeks. Th doc told me it was gas, but then admitted he was wrong 2 weeks later after the u/s. I am waiting to see if I get any clear signs of movement earlier, or if I can determine if I have 2 in there again. Don't you just love this part? It makes up for all the nastiness and sickness that comes first.

I'm so glad others are feeling these same "bumpy" feelings.
I can't wait to feel the real deal!

i felt my last one at 11 weeks. still waiting at 6.5 weeks......

I'm only 8w4d, but I swear there's something going on down there. This is pregnancy#3, hopefully child #2 for me. I don't remember feeling movement so early with ds, but it doesn't feel like gas!!! I'm just hoping that it doens't mean this one is going to end soon (like contractions for expelling it).

OK - my uterus is really hopping around. Is this normal so early? I'm 9 weeks exactly, so I know it's early. Is this normal? This is pregnancy #3, but i only have 1 child so far. I'm freaking out a little. Can anyone assure me? I have my doc appointment tomorrow, so I can ask her then, but I still have all tonight!

Plus ds took a 3 hour nap from 3:30-6:30 (and he NEVER naps), so I have a feeling I'm going to be up ALL.NIGHT.LONG. Bleah.

ruth, sounds like I have similiar things to you.
I do feel, like, tightening, with the bumping.
Personally, I would say enjoy it!
I think we are more tuned to all those tiny
micromovements after the first time around.

Prism - thanks for your wise and kind words. My OB today acted like I was a little crazy for feeling anything. I will enjoy the movement and stop freaking out so much...maybe.

I felt some tightening and relaxing of my uterus the last couple of nights. Not cramps and not gas. But I don't think it's my baby just the muscles preparing themselves.

I'm 10.5 weeks and I started feeling things this past weekend. There's a baby in there definately!!!!

I was having an ultrasound with the twins at 14 weeks and saw movement and realized I was feeling it too. . . the same little feelings I had been having for awhile!

I am feeling similar stuff now, but it should be too early (but I really don't know when i got pg, so who knows )
