Sundress knit and sew pattern

Hi ! I have a great pattern for a Buttercup sundress where you knit the top and then sew a skirt bottom to create a fun little summer number! However the pattern is for a baby, largest size 12-18mo. Instead of trying to change the pattern, I am not that skilled yet, I thought maybe someone had a similar pattern for a sundress for a girls size 5. It is a basic sleeveless knit top and a sewn bottom.

Thank you sooo much ladies! They are all quite cute...now which one do I go with!?!? Maybe one of each!

I also realized it would be pretty easy to sew on a skirt bottom to just about any knit top!
