not sure if i'm calling it the right thing... anyway, i opened a case with dcss, my lawyer took over and requested that an order for be put into place for child support. he filed a motion. how much warning will i get before we have to go to court/before the commissioner? i'm nervous and have no idea what to expect. i have a big time, very experienced litigator. i'm in good hands and therefore he really doesn't have time to take phone calls regarding piddly scared mama questions like this.
