Delicious 30 minute meal

Hi ladies I made this last night and it was delicious!
I love the traditional tator tot casserole once in awhile but also a mexican food fanatic so found this recipe for a Taco Tator Tot Casserole:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1 can corn
1 can Campbells nacho fiesta cheese soup
tator tots
montery jack/cheddar cheese
1 envelope taco seasoning

Brown and crumble hamburger and onions, (drain grease) add seasoning and 2/3 c water.
Add Nacho cheese soup, mix well and put in greased 9x13 pan, top with tator tots.
(I added a little cheese to the mixture and then also topped it with a little.)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until tator tots are nice and brown. Serve with a tossed salad or chips and salsa, a little sour cream is yummy too on top.

*I think this recipe could have used some spicing up as I like things a little "hotter" so next time I will add some taco sauce or salsa to the hamburger mixture; I added some chili powder also.
*This would freeze well for a plan ahead meal.

Of course this isn't at all low calorie but I use lean ground beef bought from a local butcher so that helps some. You could use light cheese for additional calorie savings. I didn't have any on hand. My hubby and kids liked it and ate it up but they aren't really concerned about calories. lol
