I've been meaning to ask about this too. Not that there is much chance of getting too much vitamin D in a 'Great British Summer'

I've been looking and I can't find a good fish oil that hasn't been over processed any way. Would taking CLO occasionally and using plant oils (like flax etc) be ok?

Have you looked into Dr. Ron's supplements? He has a very high quality fish oil and CLO and is a frequent speaker at WAPF conferences. His website is of the same name. His products are barely processed and also have alot of natural Vit. E, which is rare. We don't switch during the seasons, should we? Hmm, something to think about.
