PLease help me. I am tired of making my dentist rich! I have been on a traditional foods diet for 2 years at this point. I did have a vitamin D defiency but that is resolved at this point.

I am looking at trying the Zellie system:

I am hoping that combined with all my bone broths, butter and supplements will heal my teeth or at leats stop more damage.

Thanks,
Jen

I do follow her system. I started it mainly to make sure I'm not transferring any cavity causing bacteria to my kids. I guess I'm successful in that I haven't had a cavity but I have only had like 1 cavity in the past 20 years so I'm not sure it's from the system.

Have you ever checked Epic Dental? They have a cavity free guarantee for their system with xylitol. http://www.epicdental.com/

I'd say it couldn't hurt to try one or the other for 6 months and see if you notice a difference.

I recently started zellies system and I am very happy so far. I started about 6 weeks ago. My teeth feel great. I think she is right about that particular combination of products working well together. My teeth are definitely less sticky. It used to take me forever to floss because my teeth are really close together and I would have so much plaque every day. The xylitol really seems to help it stick less, and I can floss in like a minute now. Also, my gums don't bleed when I floss anymore. I think if you start doing it, you will notice the difference right away. Definitely email Dr. Ellie and ask for samples before you order because she will send you one of everything and then you can decide what flavors you like.

Thank you so much for the responses!
I did order some zellies mints (I am not too picky so I think it should be fine) and I am going to get the other components next time I am in town. I am really hoping to have healthy teeth soon since I want them for life! Plus fillings in my town average about $250 each!!!
