Infant/toddler union suit pattern?

A coworker is going to gift me a bunch of red wool yarn from her late mother's stash. I'm very excited, and I really want to make an infant/toddler sized union suit. Anybody know where I can find a pattern?

I would love it if it even had a "trap door" in the back.

Bearing in mind the fact that we don't do union suits over here, is this? what we're talking about?

well, this is close, but no back door--and you need the original EZ pattern. I came across this on ravelry and put it in my que (for the new bean that is making me so sick I can barely look at ravelry).
