I was sewing some of those little newborn hats together for a local midwife. I think they are nylon, but I'm not sure of the fabric because it was given to me. It's that stretchy material. Anyway, my son spilled something on them and I was wondering if they are washable. Would they stretch out of shape if I put them in the laundry or should I try hand washing them?
