Skinny Babies, Holla!

Yeah, Caleb was born 7 lbs and 20 inches and at his 8 week appointment was 9.4 and 23 inches. He eats plenty. Not worried. If you could see this kid's hands and feet, you would understand why- they are flippin' huge! He has a long torso too.
I don't know why I was expecting a chubby baby... considering my husband and I both tall and kinda on the skinny side (I'm 5'7" and 130 and hubby is 6'1" and 135).

Was just weight again at her 1 month check up

8lbs 6oz and 21 1/2 inches long

She was 6lbs 8oz when we left the hospital and only 19 inches so she's growing good!

Ok, we did approximate weight by differential on the bathroom scale (weigh yourself holding the baby and not). With me, he weighed in at 12.8 pounds; with DH 13 pounds... so somewhere in between there.

At five weeks. Yup, he's gained over 4 pounds from his birth weight in five weeks.

I grow 'em big, what can I say?

Yep, Eliot is 24" long-he eats a lot, too, just long not chunky...but then his dad is over 6ft tall, so I guess it's par for the course. It's kinda weird reading about these newborns that weigh more than him now, at birth, though!

I've got a little peanut. at her 2 month check up, the squirt was 9lbs even and 23 inches.

doc says she's growing well and will likely just be petite.

she was 6lbs 6oz and 18.5 in at birth.
eats like a horse though!

I am so jealous of some of you mamas!! We feed all the time, but she's not chunking up as quickly as I would like!

Lilah was 8 pounds 3oz at birth . Her lowest weight though was 7 pounds 6 oz.

and yesterday at her six week she was 9. 6.

I am not sure how long she is (she was 20 inches at birth), but I am thinking she had to have grown at least a few more inches.
