ip?

So I'm watchin' tv when I should be in bed, and I saw this commerical warning parents about this new "immune deficiency" something or 'nother. They're calling it "ip." Does anyone know anything about this? It was warning you to watch out for repeat illnesses in your children as a possible symptom.

It sounds like something a vax would cause, but I couldn't do a search cause all I have to go on is a 2 letter word.

I did not find anything either doing a google under immune def. in childran called IP.
Though there are studies and registries on ID in kids going on.
