i had a Pyogenic Granulomas on my finger that was removed. i was told it may return and now it has. the dermatologist who removed it told me if it came back i would need to see a hand surgeon to get it remove. i am anxious about having any sort of surgery even if it is small and on my hand. and i am worried it will keep coming back. does anyone here have experience with these?
